Come and say hello this Friday from 6.30 pm as I will have a stall at the marvellous health and wellbeing event being hosted by Neyland Rowing Club and Milford Haven Ladies Circle.
I will be available to talk about whether acupuncture could help you and discuss laser therapy as an option for those not keen on needles.
I will also bring along some beautiful Neal’s Yard products for you to try, including some amazing gift sets so you can get your Christmas shopping started!
Come along and try Zumba, Yoga, Pilates and Fitsteps.
Entry fee is just £5 which includes one free tea or coffee and the taster sessions.
We will be offering chilli and rice on the night at a cost of £3
Refreshments such as tea, coffee and cakes will also be available on the evening to purchase.
Proceeds will be shared between Neyland Rowing Clun and local causes and charities chosen by Milford Haven Ladies Circle.
