About Rachel

Rachel has a degree in biological sciences and worked for 15 years writing training materials for doctors on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry. She decided to retrain as an acupuncturist after experiencing for herself the profound impact acupuncture can have in helping a person get well and stay well. She trained in London and was awarded a Licentiate in Acupuncture in 2005. She continued her postgraduate studies at the College of Traditional Acupuncture in Leamington Spa, and has received specialized training in treating infertility. Rachel is an experienced practitioner of facial rejuvenation acupuncture.

Rachel is a member of the British Acupuncture Council and a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society. Members are bound by the Council’s strict adherence to their Codes of Safe Practice, Ethical and Professional Conduct and are covered by Professional and Public Liability Insurance.  Rachel is licensed by Pembrokeshire County Council.
Rachel  has completed Pembrokeshire Child Protection training (Level 1).

Rachel is co-owner and director of the Therapy Rooms Pembrokeshire, a multidisciplinary clinic in Pembroke Dock.
